Ripple Kids: Portfolio Growth & National Walmart Expansion

Challenge

Ripple Kids launched as a single item with limited scale — far short of the multi-occasion portfolio needed to become a meaningful growth driver for the brand.

Approach

Led the buildout of Ripple Kids from one SKU into a full eight-item portfolio — three refrigerated varieties, two 32oz shelf-stable varieties, and three on-the-go varieties for lunchboxes, diaper bags, and car rides — expanding occasions, price points, and shelf presence. Backed the expanded lineup with an integrated media campaign at both the retail and national level, anchored by a new 2026 creative platform, “Seriously Slurpable,” to build household penetration and awareness.

Portfolio expansion helped unlock 2,000+ new Walmart doors and delivered 21% CAGR since 2022, with “Seriously Slurpable” driving continued household penetration and awareness growth into 2026.

Brand P&L Turnaround & Market Access Expansion

Challenge

Ripple was competing in a declining plant-based category and needed to reverse course on both brand health and P&L performance to reignite growth.

Approach

Took full ownership of the brand P&L — pricing, cost structure, and portfolio mix — while repositioning the brand to sharpen its consumer promise. Led cross-functional teams across Sales, R&D, and Operations to unlock new market access, including WIC approval, and built an integrated media strategy across retail, digital, and shopper channels.

Delivered 107% of AOP while strengthening brand equity and expanding household penetration across the portfolio.

Snyder's of Hanover: Repositioning a $500MM+ Legacy Brand

Challenge

Snyder's of Hanover competed in a fast-evolving, increasingly crowded snacking category and needed a clear, long-range strategy to reignite growth within a large, established portfolio.

Approach

Took ownership of the $500MM+ brand portfolio, leading annual operating plans and building a 3-year strategic roadmap that sharpened brand positioning, refined the target consumer, and accelerated flavor-forward innovation. Led end-to-end innovation strategy — from insight to launch — to expand category penetration and recruit new consumers, while building and mentoring a team of three direct reports to support execution.

Delivered $32MM+ in incremental revenue from innovation strategy while driving consumption, household penetration, and basket size growth across the portfolio.

Approach

Delivered a +12.7% sales lift during the critical Back-to-School period.
